"Kveik is a collective term for a family of yeast strains from the area formerly known as Hordaland in Norway. They are renowned for fermenting very quickly and cleanly. we wanted to try one of these strains for a hazy, hoppy IPA using the juicy trio of Citra, Galaxy and Mosaic hops. The beer is light in colour and bursting with flavours of pineapple, peach and grapefruit. intense tropical fruit flavours of lychee and guava resonate throughout and it finishes with a gentle bitterness."
