Light golden yellow in colour. The fruity nose features a predominance of tropical fruits such as pineapple along with honeydew melon and notes of nuts and a touch of vanilla. The palate is lush with good volume and vibrant acidity leading to a smooth and well-balanced finish. A touch of lightly-toasted oak plus the natural lush texture of a ripe Chardonnay are the key elements that blend perfectly with dark, full-textured fish as well as white meats with mild sauces or accompaniments. It also works very nicely with fish soups.
